Epoch was engaged to develop a go-to-market strategy and launch the brand digitally in Hong Kong. A detailed brand exercise was carried out to define what KYOI promises and delivers through the three pillars - Living, Enjoying and Giving. The logo was tweaked and complemented with a set of corporate colours and typeface to accentuate the essence of luxury.
All necessary communication materials revolving around the brand proposition were developed, such as website, brochures, sales and corporate videos. Social media strategy and campaign for the launch in Hong Kong were executed. The engagement rate increased by 92% during the launch; a great success for a new brand.
