Epoch developed the Quality First online game campaign to communicate Electrolux commitment to quality and advocates that every staff member is a Quality Hero. Each staff member is given access to the Quality First website. In a few simple clicks, the staff create their own personalised Quality Hero avatar together with a printed t-shirt of their own creation. Subsequently, they are invited to compete in the online Quality First game individually for the first two game levels. During the third level of the game, the staff formed their own teams in each region and competed online among the offices in Asia Pacific.
