Epoch developed Quality First online game campaign to communicate Electrolux commitment to quality and advocates that every staff is a Quality Hero. Each staff is given access to the Quality First website. In a few simple clicks, The staffs create their own personal Quality Avatar Hero together with a printed t-shirt of their creation. Subsequently, they are invited to compete in the online Quality First game individually for the first two game levels. During the third level of the game, the staffs formed their own team in each region and compete online among the offices in Asia Pacific.
